Thank you for shopping at BelleHub. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our detailed policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Item Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

    • In the same new condition as when you received it.

    • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

    • Original tags intact and attached.

    • Includes the original packaging in its entirety (e.g., shoe box, gift box).

    • Provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

  • How to Initiate a Request: To start a return or exchange, please email us at: hello-bellehub@outlook.com. Please include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Return Process: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email, along with detailed shipping instructions.

    • Important Note: Please do not mail the item back to us without prior authorization. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be processed.

2. Refunds

  • Process: We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your returned item at our warehouse, informing you whether your refund has been approved.

  • Processing Time: Once approved, we will process your refund immediately. The amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment account. Please understand that it may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund on your statement.

  • Haven't Received Your Refund? If it has been more than 15 business days since you received your refund approval notification and you haven't received the refund, please contact us at hello-bellehub@outlook.com.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find the item is damaged during shipping, has manufacturing defects, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello-bellehub@outlook.com, and provide relevant photos or video for reference. We will promptly assess the issue and resolve it for you (e.g., by arranging a reshipment or providing a refund).

4. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following categories of items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items or clearance merchandise.

  • Gift cards.

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products, skincare items).

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

5. Exchange Process

The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to:

  1. First, return the item you have by following the standard return process described above.

  2. Once the return is accepted, place a separate new order for the new item you need.

This process is often more efficient than a traditional one-for-one exchange, allowing you to receive the new item faster.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: For returns due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind) or not due to our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The cost associated with the provided return label will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Original Shipping Cost: The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • Exceptions: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
